Review of drawing exhibition. For Elyn Zimmerman, an artist who has spent her career working within a minimalist sensibility, the intimations of passion found in these drawings would seem to represent a departure. However, the new series leads us to reflect upon Zimmerman’s earlier drawings and sculptural installations and to find in them Romantic tremors and reverberations beyond those hitherto supposed.
